Super Diamond Cattle Feed
24% Protein | 6% Fat | 84% TDN
Pashu chara is the balanced concentrate that turns a herd's genetic potential into litres in the can. Punjab dairy runs on crossbred Holstein Friesian and Murrah herds with high genetic potential, and farms in Ludhiana, Moga and Patiala already track yield per animal. Feeding green fodder and home mixed grain alone leaves that potential unused, particularly through the dry summer months.
We supply the state from our plant on Kashipur Road, Rudrapur, with grades from 18% to 24% protein so a farm can feed by lactation stage instead of a single mix for the whole shed. Every pashu chara grade is steam processed on Belgian technology and packed in 25 Kg and 50 Kg HDPE bags.
A fully equipped R and D unit with experienced nutritionists checks protein, fat and moisture before dispatch.
Four protein levels let a Punjab dairy feed peak, mid and dry animals separately instead of one mix for the whole shed.
Feed is manufactured to BIS standards, giving dealers and cooperatives a documented quality reference.
De oiled rice bran, soy dalia, soy oil cake and rice bran lecithin are produced in house, which steadies quality.
Six pashu chara grades cover every stage of the herd, from high yielders in peak lactation to dry animals and growing calves. Vitamins and mineral salts are present in appropriate quantities in each grade.

S.P Solvent Pvt. Ltd. supplies pashu chara across Punjab from its manufacturing plant at Kashipur Road, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. The company has been in solvent extraction and feed manufacturing since 1975 and delivers pashu chara, cattle feed and calf feed to dairy farms, gaushalas and dealers in the state.
Pashu chara is a compound feed made from grains, de oiled rice bran and soya, with minerals and vitamins added in fixed proportions. Green fodder and dry grass give bulk and fibre but not enough protein or energy for a milking animal. Pashu chara fills that gap. Punjab herds carry high genetic potential, and a graded pashu chara is what lets a farm feed to that level instead of below it.
Six grades are supplied: Super Diamond with 24% protein, Super Gold with 22%, Super Silver with 20%, Premium with 18%, plus Nandini SafeFood and Regular. A Buffalo Special grade with 24% protein and 90% TDN is also available.
All grades are packed in 25 Kg and 50 Kg HDPE bags. The bags are stitched and stacked for road transport, which keeps the feed protected on routes into districts such as Bathinda, Ferozepur and Gurdaspur.
Yes. SP Solvent pashu chara is BIS certified and is steam processed on Belgian technology for better digestion. Minerals and vitamins are sourced from Cargill and yeast is sourced from A.B Vista, with batch checks carried out by an in house R and D unit staffed by nutritionists.
The feed carries a balanced protein, fat and TDN profile with vitamins and mineral salts in appropriate quantities. Farmers report an increase in milk yield and milk fat content along with better immune response, which matters in Punjab where crossbred herds carry high genetic potential that a home mixed ration rarely meets.
